This policy explains how Collenberg's Farm & Feed Co. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information in the FarmStation Pro app and website.

Information we collect

• Account info: name, email and sign-in details.
• Farm records you enter: fields and boundaries, notes, logs, expenses, receipts, photos, invoices and crew members you invite.
• Location: precise location only when you use field mapping or local weather, with your permission.
• Voice, photos and receipts: processed to provide AI features you request.
• Purchases: subscription status from Apple. We never see your full card number.
• Diagnostics: basic crash and usage data to improve the app.

How we use it

To run the app's features, sync your data across devices and crew, answer your AI requests, provide support, and improve FarmStation Pro. We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service, such as cloud hosting, AI processing (xAI), subscription management (RevenueCat, Apple), and integrations you choose to connect (Square, QuickBooks, Stripe). They may process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can view, export, edit or delete your data in the app, turn off location in iOS Settings, and request account deletion in the app or by emailing us.

Retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within a reasonable time after you delete your account, unless law requires otherwise. Data is encrypted in transit.

Children

FarmStation Pro is not directed to children under 13.

California residents

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
